AYES, Management and Technology consulting nasce per andare incontro alle esigenze sempre più stimolanti ed internazionali del mercato dell' Ingegneria, dell’ esternalizzazione della Ricerca e Sviluppo e, in generale, della Consulenza ingegneristica ed informatica.

Dopo aver accumulato grande esperienza nella gestione di Risorse umane, così come nella Progettazione e nello Sviluppo, nasce sulla spinta dei nostri Clienti, l'esigenza di dare vita ad un progetto indipendente, guidato da professionisti con esperienza sul campo e conoscenza del mercato e delle leggi italiane, con la scommessa di offrire un servizio sempre migliore e tagliato su misura.

AYES conta sull'appoggio e l'assidua collaborazione di ricercatori all'interno del mondo universitario così come di associazioni di ex Studenti e communities scientifiche. Questo costituisce una solida base per l'attivitá di Sviluppo, di Recruiting e di Formazione e fornisce un accesso diretto ai giovani neolaurati più promettenti.
